At Alphabets Preschool, the summer heat was no match for the excitement that filled the air when the ice cream truck made a special appearance to kick off the start of the summer program! Director Esther Piekarski went the extra mile and arranged for the ice cream truck to make a special appearance. The enchanting chimes of the truck’s jingle and the promise of icy treats brought a wave of joy and smiles to the faces of our young learners. The delighted children were able to indulge in a sweet treat that helped them beat the scorching heat. The smiles on their faces were truly priceless as they carefully picked out their favorite flavors from the delightful assortment of ice cream options available.

Today is a very special day at Alphabets Preschool Center.  We celebrated Boss’s Day & hosted a fiesta in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.  Students came in dressed in traditional Hispanic garments & shared in fun, games, a piñata and a Hispanic luncheon.  In the words of John Quincy Adams, “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more. You are a leader.”  Our boss did exactly that today as she planned such an exceptional cultural day then travelled to all the classrooms discussing Hispanic Heritage Month and engaging with our students.  Thank you for all you do, Ms. Piekarski! 

We are really going “COCONUTS” at Alphabets Summerfest!

Our Creative Theater this week presented a fun opportunity! The kids were “cracking up” as Ms. Piekarski and Ms. Cindy discovered with them all the different parts that make up a coconut. Share this experience with us by watching the video!
